For the seller

  • The prices from the mobilhomes are normallly exclusive yearmoney. De price (named with a !) are inclusive yearmoney. When you sell your mobilhome, you have to pay till the day you sell it to the buyer (date of transfer).
  • We will charge you for the sales (mediatation) € 250,- administration costs.
  • The mobilhome will be valuated by Campground-Marina Meerwijck.  After valuation we have to come to an agreement about the sellprice with the owner of the mobilhome. 
  • When you want to sell the mobilhome on our campground. That is only possible when the mobilhome is not older than 20 years. 

For the buyer

  • The prices from the mobilhomes are normallly exclusive yearmoney. De price (named with a !) are inclusive yearmoney. When you sell your mobilhome, you have to pay till the day you sell it to the buyer (date of transfer).
  • The sale from the mobilhome will be leaded by Meerwijck. We mediate between the two parties.
  • If you want to take a look at a mobilhome for sale you have to make an appointment in advance.
