What are your opening hours?

During camping season, the reception is open as follows:
Monday-Sunday: 09.00 - 18.00*
From 29 June - 13 July on Friday/Saturday: 9.00 - 20.00*

Ascension/Whitsun/summer holidays from 13 July till 2 September: 09.00 - 20.00*

*We use a lunch break from 12:00 to 12:45 pm

In Winter (from 1 October)
Monday-Thursday:  10.00 - 16.00*
Friday and Saturday: closed
Sunday: 13.00 - 17.00**

**From 4 November - 17 February also closed on Sundays
*We use a lunch break from 12:00 to 12:45 pm

Christmas holidays
We are closed from 21 December to 6 January

How can I make a reservation?

You can book a camping pitch on the campsite by phone or here. Be specific about what package and what period you want to book, with complete name and address details.Upon confirmation of the booking you will be charged 50% of the invoice amount, payable within 14 days. Complete payment is to be made 3 weeks prior to arrival. On your departure date, your pitch needs to be vacated by 12.00, new guests arrive from 14.00.  When you book a ‘package’ you can occupy until 18.00 on the last day.

How can I cancel?

We recommend you consider the Cancellation Insurance*.  In Holland there is no refund of camp fees by foreclosure or early departure.  Cancellation Insurance is charged at 5% of the total pitch/accommodation expense.  A separate Cancellation Insurance is required for each pitch/accommodation.  The Cancellation Insurance shall indemnify you against all costs, when supported by an official statement.

*Death (family member), sudden sickness of a guest (guests), forced to move through medical reasons, change in employment circumstances, involuntary unemployment.
